WHEN A BUYER SUMITS AN OFFER I WILL...
- Present all offers
- Discuss the "good" and the "bad in all offers and negotiate for the best possible price
- Writing counter offers as necessary
WHEN YOU ACCEPT THE OFFER OF A PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT I WILL...
- Receive the commitment letter from the Buyers Lender approving them for the purchase of the home in the allotted time given
- Follow up on the progress of the Buyers Lender to see if the Appraisal and Verification is done in a timely manner
- Open escrow with the Title Company and manage your transaction through closing
DURING THE HOME INSPECTION BY BUYER OR BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE I WILL...
- Oversee that the inspection is done in the allotted time given to buyer
- Work with you to negotiate any problems that may come back in the inspection report on what will be fixed
- Recommend professionals in various fields to accomplish tasks necessary during the closing process of your home
AT CLOSING I WILL...
- Schedule an appointment for you to sign at the Title Company to transfer title of your home
- Attend the signing with you to answer any questions that may arise
- Notify you when funding has occurred
- Give the keys of the home to the buyers when funding has taken place
